PACKAGE INCLUSIONS:
- Six nights, with a choice of accommodations at the New Waynesville Inn & Golf Club, A Tapestry Collection Golf Resort by Hilton. Participants will choose from 3 different room types located in three different buildings on the resort property:
- Golf View Roomsare in a two story remodeled motel type building and every room has a patio or balcony that overlooks the the 7th & 8th holes of the golf course. These rooms are a little larger than the Inn rooms and are located about a 3 minute walk from the Historic Inn.
- Waynesville's Historic Inn King or Queen Bedded Room, these are traditional smaller hotel rooms that are conveniently located near the resort's restaurants, bar & golf.
- Or you can opt to share a 4 Bedroom Golf Cottagewhere each bedroom has a king bed and its own private bath and the living room, dining area and kitchen are common areas of the cottage. The cottage is located behind the 9th green and is less than a two minute walk from the Inn. The cottage is brand new and ideal for 4 couples that want to travel together.

- Breakfast each morning in The Grill inside Waynesville's historic Inn.
- Welcome Reception (open bar) followed by Group Dinner on our first night (August 17, 2024)
- Awards Reception (open bar) followed by Group Dinner on our last night (August 22, 2024)
- Four Rounds of Golf with Carts and Practice Range Balls Prior to each round.Golf will be played at:
- Waynesville Golf Club (2 Rounds)
- Maggie Valley Golf Club
- Springdale Resort's Golf Course at Cold Mountain
- Waynesville Golf Club (2 Rounds)
- Two tournament rounds where the formats are: 2 Best of 4 and Odds & Even, four person team play.
- Tournament entry fees are included in your package price. Prizes will be awarded.
- The resort fee is included and provides internet access via Wifi, State of the art practice facilities including: short game chipping/bunker area, lighted Himalayan putting green, and par three short course, fitness center access, self-parking, swimming pool and more.
- Gratuities on planned meals, Taxes and Resort fees are included.
